Terms & Conditions for Pottery Painting

School Holiday and Evening Paint Your Own Pottery Sessions

*Evening sessions are suitable for children 12yrs upward

* Day sessions are for children 5yrs upwards.  Due to being a small studio, unfortunately we are able to accommodate babies and children under the age of 5 years. This is due to a lack of space for pushchairs, highchairs etc.  We do however offer one to one baby prints most Thursday afternoons.

*IMPORTANT - Please pay a deposit for everyone including those who aren't painting. This is so we know how many seats to allocate your group. The deposit will be deducted from pottery costs on the day

*On the day you will choose a piece of pottery from a range of unpainted bisque (priced from approximately £10 - £50). All additional materials are supplied. Additionally, to the price of your pottery, there is a £5 studio fee per person which covers the paint, glazing and firing costs. The session includes the use of clay based pottery paint, paint brushes, sponges, fine writers, templates and reference sheets.

*Your finished pottery will need to be taken away and fired in a kiln. Items will be ready for collection 14 days later from The Spotty Dog Place or can be sent via the post for an extra fee. Booking is essential, as numbers are limited to 16 painters.

*Transfer to another date can be done 7 days before the date or the deposit is non refundable if you cancel at anytime.
