Make a beautiful bowl to provide a water station for bees
Service Description
Dates: Saturday 18th July 10.30am-12.30pm Price: £45 Duration: 2 hours In this workshop you will create a bowl and add clay shapes, not only for decoration but to provide places where bees, butterflies and other insects can stand while they drink the water from the bowl. No experience is required as Carrie will teach you the techniques needed to create the bowl. The bowl will be made from stoneware clay which is robust and can go outside. However we recommend the bowl is not outside when it is cold and frosty. After the workshop, we will fired and glaze your bowl. It will be ready for collection 4-6 weeks later. Location: The Spotty Dog Place, 5 Barton Street Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5PP Skill Level: Suitable for beginners or clay enthusiasts. All materials and tools supplied. Further Information A lovely workshop for everyone (children must be over 10 yrs). All materials are supplied. The workshops includes using clay, tools and glaze. Items will be ready for collection from The Spotty Dog Place or can be sent via the post for an extra fee. Tea, coffee and squash and biscuits are available during the workshop. Please notify the tutor of any allergies. Booking is essential, as numbers are limited to 8 students. Payment due when booking. Terms & Conditions When booking a workshop run by Rachel Elizabeth , the following terms & conditions form the agreement between us (The Spotty Dog Place) and you (Participant) ● Workshops will require at least 3 participants to run, if the workshop has to be cancelled for this reason a full refund will be given. ● A workshop booking is not deemed confirmed until full payment is received. ● Payment is required in full at the point of booking and a space on the workshop will be confirmed by the email address you provided at the point of booking. ● Once a booking is confirmed by email it can only be cancelled if at least 15 days' notice is given by the participant whereupon, Rachel Elizabeth may offer to: Resell the place by approaching those on a reserve list if there is one. In that event, a full refund will be given. Transfer your booking to another workshop run by Rachel Elizabeth Should the alternative workshop be at a differing price, the difference will be rechargeable or refunded. Issue a credit note for another workshop run by Rachel Elizabeth ● If Rachel Elizabeth should cancel a workshop for any reason, she will contact you as soon as possible and an alternative date for the same workshop will be offered. If this cannot be fulfilled a full refund will be given.
