Independent Pottery Wheel Sessions Dates: Term time Tuesday 1.30-4pm Wednesday 1.30-4pm Thursday 1.30-4pm Friday 1.30pm-4pm IMPORTANT: Please note that the above days may vary from week to week due our staff's commitments elsewhere sometimes , so booking is essential. Price: £22 for the 2.5 hour session plus there will be an additional cost for firing and glazing of your pottery - £12 per kilo (This is for one bisque firing and one glaze firing) Duration: 2hrs 30 mins including 15 minutes tidying up time. Location: The Spotty Dog Place, 5 Barton Street, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5PP These sessions are for independent practice, allowing you to work on your own projects in a relaxed environment. It’s your time to practice, experiment, and improve at your own pace. There is no formal teaching but support and guidance is available if needed. We also offer independent hand building sessions, which can also be booked online. Also these sessions are a chance to interact with other potters, share knowledge and enthusiasm. Skill Level: Not suitable for beginners . The minimum experience required is you must have attended our 6 weeks course in wheel throwing or an equivalent course. You must show a solid knowledge of throwing, which must be discussed with Dave or Rachel prior to booking . All materials and tools supplied. Please bring your own apron and hand towel. Labelling work is really important. We ask that you clearly sign your work with your initials and fill in a form to go along side your pottery. Tea, coffee and squash and biscuits are available during the workshop. Booking is essential. Payment due when booking. Terms & Conditions When booking a workshop run by Rachel Elizabeth , the following terms & conditions form the agreement between us (The Spotty Dog Place) and you (Participant) ● Workshops will require at least 3 participants to run, if the workshop has to be cancelled for this reason a full refund will be given. ● A workshop booking is not deemed confirmed until full payment is received. ● Payment is required in full at the point of booking and a space on the workshop will be confirmed by the email address you provided at the point of booking. ● Once a booking is confirmed by email it can only be cancelled if at least 15 days' notice is given by the participant whereupon, Rachel Elizabeth may offer to: Resell the place by approaching those on a reserve list if there is one. In that event, a full refund will be given. Transfer your booking to another workshop run by Rachel Elizabeth Should the alternative workshop be at a differing price, the difference will be rechargeable or refunded. Issue a credit note for another workshop run by Rachel Elizabeth ● If Rachel Elizabeth should cancel a workshop for any reason, she will contact you as soon as possible and an alternative date for the same workshop will be offered. If this cannot be fulfilled a full refund will be given.
